Welcome to ASH Restaurant, the newest edition to the Parco Resort Hotel in Bonanza Khao Yai. ASH is an American BBQ Restaurant concept with an Asian twist. Here, we specialize in live-fire cooking. Whether it’s grilled or smoked, we believe that there is an unbelievable potential of flavor that can only be unlocked by using fire.

Simplicity is beautiful. We're proud to work with local merchants to get the finest ingredients to serve our guests.
Smoking is our forte. Each type of meat has it’s own characteristic. Whether it be pork, beef, or chicken the pit master must have the patience, dedication, and passion to unlock the most flavor from each piece. Skill, however, isn’t the only vital piece to flavor.
We’ve chosen to source a majority of our ingredients locally and from within Thailand. Our salad greens are grown on premise, our herbs are sourced from local farms, and our meats are humanely raised free of hormones born and bred here in Thailand.
In combination with our choice of Longan wood sourced from the north, and homemade spice blend which combines flavors from East and West we want to ensure that every bite reminds you of Khao Yai.
